Dr. Elise Schroeder is a naturopathic doctor, herbalist, and women’s health and hormone specialist with over two decades of experience helping women achieve vitality. She has extensive expertise in recommending and managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), gained through more than two decades of working with her own clients and consulting on thousands of cases as a clinical consultant for physicians at hormone testing laboratories. Dr. Schroeder served as Executive Director of the Women in Balance Institute, an organization devoted to empowering women with knowledge about hormones and their health. She has also worked in reproductive and fertility clinics, multidisciplinary practices, and served as a physician consultant.
She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon, after studying human biology
and women’s studies at the University of New York at Albany. Guided by the naturopathic principle of docere—doctor as teacher—she listens deeply, educates thoroughly, and creates individualized treatment plans, welcoming all with a commitment to equity, compassion, and meaningful connection.
